Our 1st annual Frederick Fitness Games (FFG)! Seven fitness stations test strength and cardiovascular endurance, with a 200-yard run between each. Compete in teams of three and battle to crown the fittest male and female teams in Frederick — all while supporting the Mental Health Association of Frederick County.

Seven high-energy stations with a 200-yard run between each. Complete each run before starting the next station. Judges enforce form — the team with the fastest time wins.
